Section 63
Secrecy of election documents or records
(1) In case of voting by documents or electronic equipment used in the election, such records shall be opened as necessary for the purpose of counting of votes, and after the work of counting of votes is completed, it shall be sealed and placed in the custody of the designated officer.
(2) Sealed envelopes, bags, sacks or records containing sealed ballots, voter lists used in voting and invalidated ballots in accordance with sub-section (1) can only be opened and viewed by the court in accordance with the prevailing law.
(3) According to sub-section (2) after opening the documents or records, the court shall keep them sealed as they are. Apart from the court, no other authority or body shall have the right to open such envelope, bag or sack.
(4) The documents or records mentioned in this section shall be preserved for three months from the date of final decision of the case in the case of a case and the date of payment of the deadline for filing a complaint in the case of a non-case.
